Rollpie Bubble Chart is a free animated bubble chart maker that runs in your browser with no install. Paste in your values for each year and they become an animation of bubbles growing, shrinking, and moving, ready to export as an MP4 video.
Paste your JSON into the Data panel. It holds the unit, the list of years, and the series — a label, a color, and a value for each year. The bubbles follow your edits right away.
The Style panel sets fill opacity, border color and width, and label color and visibility. The Color panel gives each series its own color. The Background panel offers a solid color, a gradient, or an image, and with an image the overlay opacity keeps the labels readable.
The play button in the Animation panel steps through the years, and the seek bar jumps to any year you like. The tick marks below it come from the years in your data.
In the Export panel, choose the aspect ratio (16:9, 1:1, or 9:16), the frame rate, and whether to include the opening build-up, then save the animation as an MP4 video. Export needs a browser with WebCodecs support.
The panel names in the top right show and hide each panel. Drag a panel out of the left column by its header, and it snaps to the other panels and to the edges of the screen. Double-click a title to switch to fixed mode, which parks a single panel in the top right.
