Account Users are obligated to comply with the laws of their country or region of residence when creating content. The following content is not permitted:

Citation Rules

When quoting videos, images, or text, the source must be clearly stated. This applies even if the original author has indicated that attribution is not required.

When using screenshots from games, anime, or manga in content, the copyright holder must be credited. Using such material without permission on the grounds that "it is used on other sites too" is not allowed.

Content without proper attribution is subject to deletion. Accounts that repeatedly infringe on copyrights will be deleted, and particularly egregious infringement will be considered a serious breach of Rollpie's trust.

Prohibited Account Operations

Even if individual posts cannot be definitively deemed inappropriate, accounts operated for the following purposes will be deleted:

"Celebrities" refers to politicians, television personalities, people active on social media, business executives, and similar figures. Accounts that actively aggregate posts about celebrities, or whose posts consist mostly of opinions about celebrities, are subject to deletion. Proactiveness and maliciousness are the criteria for deletion.

Accounts that repeatedly post "roundups" or "reaction compilations" from anonymous message boards will be deleted. The same applies to accounts that repeatedly post Pies consisting solely of aggregated posts from X (formerly Twitter).

Expensive information products are those priced at 100,000 yen or more per item. Even if not expensive, information products related to reselling or dating are considered fraudulent, and accounts whose primary purpose is to promote such products will be deleted.

Copyright of User Content

The copyright of User Content belongs to the Account User who created it. Account Users may publish the same content on media other than Rollpie.

Account Users grant Rollpie a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute User Content on Rollpie. This license includes:

When Rollpie runs advertisements, portions of User Content may be quoted within those advertisements. For example, Rollpie may use an Account User's work in advertisements without prior approval. In such cases, the Account User may not claim compensation from Rollpie.

Business Transfer

If the Operator transfers Rollpie to a third party (including corporate reorganization), the agreements between the current Operator and Users under these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be transferred as-is to the new Operator.
