In the terms of use, Rollpie.com and its software are defined as Rollpie. Users of Rollpie are considered to agree to the terms of use.
The terms of use may be revised, and revisions will not apply retroactively. Users with existing accounts or who continue to use Rollpie after revisions are considered to have agreed to the revised terms of use.
The terms of use are drafted in Japanese and translated into English. Users agree that in the event of any discrepancies between the Japanese version and versions in other languages, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Account Creation and Ownership
Age Restriction
Users under 18 years of age cannot create accounts. Even with parental consent, account creation will be invalid. Even if currently over 18 years old, if the user was not over 18 years old at the time of creation, the account will be invalid.
Users Previously Deleted Multiple Times
Users who have had their accounts deleted multiple times cannot create accounts.
Ownership of Multiple Accounts
Users can own multiple Rollpie accounts, but cannot own hundreds or thousands of them. The use of programs to create accounts is prohibited. Also, the registration of email addresses using email address generation services is prohibited. Additionally, the act of linking multiple accounts to the same email address by adding numbers to the end of the email address is prohibited.
Buying and Selling Accounts
Users cannot sell their accounts to others. Accounts involved in buying and selling will be subject to deletion.
Copyright of User Content
The copyright of user content belongs to the account user who created it. Rollpie has the right to transmit these contents, but not exclusively. Account users can publish the same content on multiple media platforms, including Rollpie.
Account users grant Rollpie a non-exclusive license to distribute user content on Rollpie at no charge. This license includes:
- The right for Rollpie to distribute the content free of charge if Rollpie introduces subscription billing systems.
- The right for Rollpie to use the content for promotional activities.
- The right for Rollpie to use the content for machine learning.
- The right for Rollpie to create new copyrighted works (not simple copies of the user content, but works with added value from advanced programs) based on the user content using machine learning and to permanently exclusively own the copyrights to such works.
Rollpie is operated with unstable advertising revenue. To improve revenue stability, Rollpie plans to introduce subscriptions. This subscription will not include individual sales of user content and will primarily aim to improve the overall convenience of Rollpie. Even when subscriptions are introduced (based on the above license), Rollpie will be able to use user content free of charge.
When displaying advertisements, Rollpie may quote some of the user content in the advertisements without the account user's consent. In this case, the account user cannot claim compensation from Rollpie.
Rollpie also uses user content for machine learning. Programs such as image recognition and natural language processing are essential for Rollpie. If Rollpie creates content such as images based on user content using machine learning programs, Rollpie owns the copyright to this content.
Prohibited Acts in Content Creation
Account users have an obligation to create content in compliance with the laws of their country (or region).
Content without Attribution and Unauthorized Reproduction
When quoting videos, images, or texts, the source must be cited. Even if the author of the source declares that "there is no need to disclose the source," the source must be cited.
Please do not upload content that partially includes cuts from games, anime, or manga solely because many people upload them to social media platforms. When using screenshots from games, please include the game's copyright holder in the uploaded images.
Content without attribution (files, rolls, pies) will be subject to deletion. Accounts that continue copyright infringement will be deleted, and if the degree of infringement is extremely serious, it will be considered to significantly damage Rollpie's reputation.

Celebrities refer to politicians, celebrities who appear on television, people who are active on social media such as YouTube, and business owners, among others. Accounts that actively compile events related to celebrities will be deleted. Also, if the posts consist mainly of opinions or impressions about celebrities, the account may also be subject to deletion. However, for example, if an account usually explains frugal living tips but posts celebrity gossip only on a particular day, the account will not be deleted. Active and malicious intent will be the deletion criteria.
If you repeatedly post "summaries" or "reactions" from anonymous bulletin boards, your account will be deleted. If you repeatedly post pies that only summarize posts from X (former Twitter), your account will be deleted.
High-priced information products refer to products that cost over 100,000 yen each. Even if they are not high-priced, information products related to resale or dating are considered malicious, and accounts promoting their sales will be deleted.

Account users can delete their accounts. When an account is deleted, all information related to the account (email address, uploaded videos, images, created rolls, pies, etc.) will be erased from Rollpie's database. Erased information cannot be restored.
