English

first, then, next, finally - 順序を表す英語の接続表現(中学英語)

First, wash your hands.
First, I woke up at six o'clock.
First, read the instructions carefully.

First, crack the eggs. Next, add some milk.
I finished my homework. Then, I watched TV.
Next, mix everything together.
next

then

after that - そのあとで

I ate lunch. After that, I went to the library.
We played soccer. After that, we were very tired.

finally と at last - 最後に・ついに

Finally, turn off the oven.
Finally, we arrived at the hotel.
I studied hard, and I finally passed the test.

finally

at last

At last, the rain stopped.
At last, I found my keys.

First, I wake up at seven. Next, I brush my teeth and wash my face. Then, I eat breakfast with my family. After that, I get dressed and pack my bag. Finally, I leave for school at eight.

First, cut the vegetables into small pieces. Next, cook the meat in a pan. Then, add the vegetables and water. After that, put in the curry powder. Finally, cook everything for twenty minutes.

  • Finally, do your homework. Next, you can watch TV.
  • First, do your homework. Then, you can watch TV.
  • At last, do your homework. After that, you can watch TV.
__RESULT__
