受動態と能動態の書き換え練習｜中学英語
能動態と受動態の書き換えは、定期テストや入試でよく出題されます。手順を確認しながら練習しましょう。
能動態 → 受動態の手順
能動態の目的語を主語にする
動詞を「be動詞 + 過去分詞」に変える
能動態の主語を「by + 目的格」にする
時制を合わせる
基本の書き換え
受動態 → 能動態の手順
by の後ろの語を主語にする
be動詞 + 過去分詞を普通の動詞に戻す
受動態の主語を目的語にする
時制を合わせる
時制に注意

→ The room is cleaned by her every day.
She cleaned the room yesterday.（過去）

by が省略される場合
「誰が」したかが不明・不要な場合、by … は省略されます。
English is spoken in many countries.
英語は多くの国で話されている。（by people 省略）
The bridge was built in 1990.
その橋は 1990 年に建てられた。（by someone 省略）
練習問題
「My father took this picture.」を受動態にすると？
- This picture is taken by my father.
- This picture was taken by my father.
- This picture took by my father.

「French is spoken in Canada.」を能動態にすると？
- Canada speaks French.
- People speak French in Canada.
- French speaks in Canada.

by が省略されているので、主語は一般的な人（People/They）を使います。
