双子（一卵性双生児、三つ子など）の英語表現

I and my brother are identical twins.
私と兄は一卵性双生児です。

I have a twin brother.
私には双子の兄がいます。

一卵性双生児は identical brother (sister) といい、双子は twin brother (sister) といいます。

三つ子以上

I am one of the triplets.
私は三つ子の一人です。

I am one of the quadriplets.
私は四つ子の一人です。

三つ子は triplets、四つ子は quadruplets といいます。quadruplets は単に quads ともいいます。

ツインルーム

ツインルームは日本語にもあるように twin room といいます。

We reserved the twin room.
ツインルームを予約した。
