「心の底から」は英語で with all my heart という

heart を使った英語表現はたくさんあります。「心の底から（〜と思う、願う）」は with all one’s heart または from the bottom of one’s heart といいます。

I hope for peace with all my heart.
I hope for peace from the bottom of my heart.
心の底から平和を望みます。
